Description: This is an elegant oval vermeil clasp that is very pretty and feminine. It is a new locking slide design. It has a swirling knot design on the top. The vermeil clasp is solid sterling silver with a heavy gold plating, also called gilded silver. You push one side of the back and it opens so the pin slides in and out of the clasp to lock in place. There are bails on each end. This style clasp will work with many styles of necklaces and bracelets. The clasp is easier to use than a traditional spring ring and more secure than a toggle.
