Description: Nice, complete, Conventional, Dual Regulator, 2 Quart Pressure Pot Spray Rig. The gun is a brand new Capspray 3100 Conventional Spray gun with a 1.8mm nozzle set up. The Pressure Pot itself is an Accuspray 2 Quart Pot with the screw type lid. The bypass/fluid pressure regulator is a C.A. Technologies bypass regulator with a Binks 60 psi pressure gauge and a C.A. Technologies 50 psi pop off valve. The gun air pressure regulator is a C.A. Technologies regulator with a 100 psi pressure gauge. As is the case with most 2 quart pots, pot pressure should never exceed 50 psi. The 5 foot dual hose set is made up of a 5 foot section of Devilbiss 5/16 250 psi air hose with 1/4 inch swivel fittings on each end. The Fluid hose is 5 foot 6 inches of Kremlin 1/4 inch 261 psi fluid hose with 3/8 inch swivel fittings on each end. The fluid hose is intentionally a bit longer than the air hose to better fit the greater distance to the fluid inlet on the gun than to the air inlet. The hose set is lashed together in multiple locations with velcro straps. The set up was air tested with fluid/pot pressure set to 10 psi and the gun air regulator pressure set at 35 psi. There were no leaks and everything functioned as it should. So there you have it. A really nice set up incorporating some of the top brands in the spray industry. Capspray, Accuspray, Binks, C.A.
