It includes the original box, scorebook, ball bearings, plastic wrap and styrofoam pieces. The only things that seem to be missing are the flags on top of the stadium and one piece of styrofoam. This item is in used condition and shows signs of wear. The right side of the crowd backboard disconnected. It could be glued back together. Also, the box has stains all over the cover. But besides that, this item looks great and it works good! The Chicago Cubs Edition might be the rarest version of them all.
