The PNC cover is a limited edition, the issue quantity is unknown. The cover features a 2007 UK stamp issue called "Grand Prix" and a special Republic of Liberia "Nigel Mansell World Champion Formula One" 1 dollar $1 coin. The coin is covered in plastic and then housed in the cover, the coin can not be removed without causing damage to the cover. The stamps and coin are unchecked for errors, varieties, mint marks etc, more details can be found on Numista about the coin. Please remember to check out the "Item Specifics" for possible further information. CONDITION I will leave you to decide; please look at the photos carefully. I think the general condition is good collectable for the age. As you can see in the photos, there are light handling, corner / edges knocks, & storage marks etc. The coin plastic has some dust on it, any tone marks can be seen on the coin if present.I am not an expert, large scans / pictures can be sent to assist you.
