Description: Beautiful bike that isn’t finding its way into my cycling rotation enough. It’s a bit on the smaller end of what a touring bike should probably be for me and I’m either doing zippier lighter commuting or messing around on trails, so I find this gorgeous bike sitting around at home. Bike has some paint chips as pictured but paint overall quite shiny and nice and decals crisp. Serial number corresponds with 3/1/1984 production and a 22” frame according to Vintage Trek. Not super original, here are the parts: * In 2020 I had local specialist Relampago Wheelery build me a $900 dynamo 700c wheelset built (Schmidt Son 28 laced to Velocity Dyads with a Supernova Pure in the front and a TL-2 in the back.) Certainly under 500 miles on these, as well as these Grand Bois Cypres 700x30 tires. *Hammered Honjo Fenders * Nitto Rack in front, Tubus in back. *Original shimano cantis with new kool stop pads * Nitto handlebars, shimano bar end shifters, tektro brake levers *Sugino triple crankset *Shimano XTR front derailleur and 105 rear. Please note I will not be including the B17 saddle but everything else picture will be included. I will charge actual shipping costs but the starting bid will be including the cost of paying my local bike shop to safely and professionally pack the bike for shipping. Of course, a local deal would be great too! Please contact me with any questions. Thanks! Brian
