Description: Up for auction is a NICE, 3” Diameter Fused Silica High Power Mirror designed to reflect >99.8% between 511nm-578nm at normal incidence. This is a concave radius mirror with a focal length of aprox 2.5 meters (ROC=5.062 meters). The thickness is a beefy 16 mm thick. This is in excellent condition, little signs of ever being used. The specs are for surface flatness of 1/20 wavefront distortion P-V (see last photo). I have closely examined this, and it is absolutely excellent. Although the reflective coating is designed for the two Cu-Vapor laser wavelengths, the 532nm laser line is smack dap in the middle of this. I looked at the reflectivity using 532nm and it reflects >99.9% between 0 degrees and 45 degrees AOI. Should also work at 589nm. You could even re-coat this with an aluminum or gold coating to make it broadband reflector. No need to strip the pristine dielectric coating that is already on, just coat right over the existing hard coating. As always, your complete satisfaction is guaranteed.
