The leaves lining its string-like stems really look like dolphins leaping off the plant, making it a true novelty in the natural world. If properly cared for, it can send up bloom stalks with pompom-like clusters of tiny white flowers. See pictures #9-#11. STRING OF PEARLS (SENECIO ROWLEYANUS) - All-time favorite for the way its bead-like leaves can cascade several feet on slender, trailing stems. It is a popular succulent for hanging pots and can make any space feel like a jungle oasis. String of Pearls also makes a great addition to arrangements by providing the crucial "spiller" component. Bright, indirect sun is ideal. Tends to need more frequent water than most succulents, due to its slender stems. For a bountiful effect, prune long strands and place back in the pot to re-root. See pictures #12-#14. STRING OF BANANAS (SENECIO RADICANS): - A trailing succulent commonly known as string-of-bananas or fishhook senecio, is a creeping succulent vine whose leaves resemble bananas. Its stems grow along the ground in its natural environment, rooting where they touch and forming dense mats of bananas. Grows best in low light conditions. See pictures #15-#17. NOTE: You will receive 3 different unrooted 4" long cuttings (string of dolphins, string of pearls and string of bananas). They are not rooted plants! I have these cuttings available for sale in 3" length (Small), 4" length (Medium), 5" length (Large) or 6" length (XLarge). So, unfortunately, I will have to use more expensive shipping that guarantees delivery to these territories in 2-3 days. As a result, the shipping fee is significantly more expensive.
