Description: 3-jaw chuck, plain back, 4" diameter, made in Japan Here is a plain-back, 3-jaw scroll chuck. It is 4" diameter and 2" thick. There is no name on it, but it says "Japan" on the back. The jaws are fairly tight. It feels like there's some grit in the scroll, so it will need to be cleaned and greased. It mounts with three 5/16-18 screws. Shipping may be made by USPS or other carrier. If it is cost effective to ship in a USPS flat rate box, we will do so. Overnight shipping is available for the cost of the overnight shipping plus an additional fee to cover my additional expenses and time. Shipping charges include insurance and delivery confirmation. Per new ebay regulations, you are not allowed to decide for yourself whether or not you want insurance, so the cost of insurance is included in the shipping costs. Damage claims are the responsibility of the buyer. I will offer assistance with claims against the carrier, if possible, but it is the buyer's responsibility to deal with the shipper for damage claims. Any claims of damage during shipping must be immediately reported to the shipper. Where possible, multiple items will be combined to save shipping costs, so take a look at my other items!
