Either by following the add hot water and wait version and said on the packaging, or by cooking on stove top like I like to prepare it :) ______ Dee’s Tip: I prefer to cook it on a stove top just like its done for other noodle soup brands. These noodles are thinner and hydrate faster than you usual ramen or ramyun noodles, so here is how I make it. - Bring 1 1/2 to 2 cups of water to a boil - Add the soup base and mix well - Add the noodles - Add any veggies you would like to (i like to add mushrooms and thinly sliced onion or green onions - Boil for 2 minutes and turn off stove - Let sit for 1 minute. - Ready to serve! Enjoy (^_^) * I have tried adding bamboo shoots (sliced canned shoots work great), and it definitely added a layer of texture that enhanced the flavor even more Just because it is instant food, doesn’t mean that you can’t eat it like a home cooked meal.
