Description: This vintage framed round picture under glass features beautiful 3D floral and bird designs, crafted from seashells and glass materials. The intricate assemblage art piece measures scantly shy of 12 inches in diameter and is 1" deep It is signed by the artist in Chinese, Circa 1950's.
