This watch has only 3 lines of text on the dial, where the UC-4 has 4. That's the only difference, as far as I can tell. I got lucky and was able to buy this U4-A of the limited 200 run in October 2021. I love the watch and wore it 24/7 throughout a recent deployment as I'm in the Army. It's been a constant companion to me and the case shows the wear, but looks amazing. There are a couple light scratches on the sapphire crystal -- that's war for you -- but the watch is in great shape and durable as ever. Time-keeping and lume are just as good as the day I got it. That's it. I hope this watch can become someone else's daily and bring as much joy as it did to me.
