The 2016 design features an artistic blue USA and red Star on white background. The coil was reissued in 2017 with small variations and a blue frame. This is a modern day service inscribed "precancel" set. Both pairs have USPS microprinting shown magnified above at the locations of the green arrows. At the time of issue Nonprofit was (05) and will meet the Nonprofit bulk letter rate forever. All self-adhesive stamps remain on their original backing paper.
