The fabric is bright multi-color paisley pattern on an emerald green field. Can be worn as an open V-neck; is accented by two frog-style closures and mandarin collar. Top knot opens. The Dress has bell sleeves and a tapered skirt, making a fitted, slim silhouette. Zips up the back. Has the ACT II maker label; labeled size 12, fits like a contemporary small. (Please see our photo gallery with specific measurements). The fabric does have a little give, but not really “stretchy”. In very good condition—no discoloration, rips, or holes.
