The horses fit nicely into the red tray liner. One horse has a small chip on the back. Otherwise there is no visible damage that I could find. They range in size. In height, the tallest one is about 2 7/8”, the shortest one is about 2 1/8”. Lengthwise, the longest one is about 3 1/2”, the shortest one is about 2 7/8”. Purchase with confidence!
