Description: Private estate, handmade as a gift in the 80's. Great little afghan, or to craft/repurpose the squares, I notice the vintage granny square cardigans are back in style! Tiny, 3.5 inch granny squares, approximately 225 with the extra. Found some detached extra ones, see last pic. Throw is approximately 50 x 61. Main color is spearmint green, also has yellows/golds, light blue, turquoise, rust, pale peach. This design is every other square is the traditional multicolor square, every odd square is spearmint, creating a background/main color of spearmint green. Quite a few unstitched/unraveled spots, look like they're all between squares. Will have lots of pilling. A few discolored spots, I will leave the laundering, and the de-pilling to the buyer. This quilt is heavy, because these granny squares are tighter design than traditional. Some loose yarns. Sold as pre-owned, used, as is, no returns.
