This cover has the 4th small hole for a clock or a fourth small gauge (like a Tach dash with the small fuel gauge in the 4th position) NOTE: This is a "plastic" cover that was originally used on trucks 81-87 CK Trucks. The 73-80 C/K Trucks had a "metal" gauge cover. They are exactly the same in size and shape with the only difference being metal or plastic.
