It has a gatefold cover so the record comes out from the top. The front of the cover has ware around the edges with some taping by the red sticker. There is a girls signature under a date with Elvis. The inside of the cover looks very good and the back of the cover looks very good. Please look at photos. The inside sleeve is white. The music and sound is very good. I am in no way a grader anything I say is just my personal opinion and not a certified grade. I just listened to this record for the first time in about 35 years and I thought it played great. I can't think of anyone who wouldn't love to own this album.
