It has the signatures of Burke and Houston which is the first signature combination for the blue seal 1914's. It would fit in perfectly to a district set or advanced Freidberg collection. This note is graded by PCGS as Very Fine 25 with a comment about minor stains. You don't have to take my word for the grade of the note, you just have to trust PCGS.
