The covers, edges, corners and spine have minor wear. The covers have light soiling from use. Each book is an ex-library book. The only marking is a written statement just inside the front cover saying it was a library book. The pages have light tanning due to age. The illustrations are colorful and throughout each text. The print is bold and easy to read. The bindings are good and tight. Each has a library binding. The books are missing their dust jackets. The titles are as follows: Kit Carson: Pathfinder of the West by Nandi Reeder Campion and illustrated by Shannon Sirnweis. [1963] This book has a bit more wear than the other 2 books. The Wright Brothers: Kings of the Air by Melvyn D. Kaufman and illustrated by Gray Morrow. [1964] Richard E. Byrd: Adventurer to the Poles by Adele deLeeuw and illustrated by Al Fliorentino.
