Description: This is an African, hand carved ebony figure of a couple embracing. This is about 13" tall and very detailed with showing hair on their heads and the texture in the fabric clothing. Ebony grows with blond wood outside and black in its core. You can see bits of the blond wood on the base and the woman's arm. This has sat as decoration, untouched for years so it looks like it needs a cleaning. I always leave any changes, such as cleaning, up to the buyer.
