The retail for $349.99 The app is extremely easy to use and from my tests of the air quality sensor they seem to work pretty well. We currently have two of these, and a third is not needed. Blueair wasn't lying when they said this air purifier is quiet. Our technique was to buy a much larger air purifier than we needed so that we wouldn't have to turn it up very high to allow it to stay quiet. This proved to work well. You can easily have one of these running at 50% in a media room and not be completely distracted. On top of how quiet it is, the actual fan noise itself has a very neutral relaxing tone. The PWM on its fan does not have a high pitch whine. Like always if you have any questions at all don't hesitate to ask!
