We recommend soaking the stencils in water with a small amount of dish soap after application, then rinsing thoroughly. A natural citrus cleaner works well on heavy paint build up. With proper care, mylar stencils will last for years depending on usage. Our stencils are made with food safe 10 mil mylar material. The mylar type is semi translucent. Mylar stencils are reusable, flexible, and durable.
