Has mild stretch. Go by measurements tho! Circa late 90s. In near pristine condition- I can’t find any flaws. I do not know the exact fabric blend. No cleaning instruction tag. I would dry clean only- at least first time. Perhaps ask them if you can hand wash. Feels handwashable- but better safe than sorry. I’m a dry cleaning gal myself. The black trim is no stretch cotton grosgrain. 24” long. Approx 16” across armpit to armpit when lying flat and unstretched.
