Shipping PolicyWe ship plants from Monday to Wednesday. Orders paid after 12pm on Wednesday will ship the following Monday. We guarantee all plants will arrive in good health provided that appropriate shipping was chosen. Minor damage due to transportation, such as a broken leaf or bent stem, is sometimes unavoidable. Between December 1 and March 1, live arrival is only guaranteed if UPS Next Day shipping is chosen. At other times of the year live arrival is guaranteed for both UPS 2 Day or UPS Next Day. Winter shipping conditions can be unpredictable despite the most careful packing. We reserve the right to delay shipping until there are favorable weather conditions here in Detroit and the destination. Slower shipping options may be selected at the customer's risk.**Plants grown in moss and moss-perlite mixes are shipped in their pots. Oversized plants will be shipped bare root in moss. Plants designated for Hawaii, California, PR and Alaska will have to be in soilless media regardless of size. The leaves are carefully wrapped in polyfil or newspaper, then the plants are bundled in paper sheets. During times of extreme heat or cold, we wrap the bundles with a layer of bubble insulation. Complimentary heat packs are added when the temperatures drop below 45ºF. Combined shippingIf you win multiple items on the same week, please message us for a custom invoice. We can combine your plants for an extra $5 for each additional plant. The cost may increase for oversized plants (taller than 24"). Local pick upPick up is available at our showroom located at 1111 Bellevue Street, Detroit Michigan. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 10-6pm EST.
