Description: I purchased this about 10 years ago at a gun and antique show. I purchased this directly from a gold trader out of Butte, MT who told me that it was from the 1940s. Fun fact- Evel Knievel is from Butte, MT. Another fun fact - Butte has the oldest continuously operated Chinese restaurant in America called Pekin Noodle Parlor. Anyways… The ring was tested that day in front of me as gold and diamonds. I then took this ring to a jeweler that used to be known as Yogo Jewelers in Great Falls, MT. The in-house Goldsmith sized it for me to 7 3/4. They also tested this ring to be diamond and gold as believed. Recently, I decided to sell this ring, so I took it to Riddles Jewelers here in Great Falls, Montana because they advertise purchasing jewelry. I’m not really interested in selling them the ring because of their process including shipping it out and lowball prices. However, this jewelry store also tested it as diamond and gold. This ring is 14k white gold with diamonds. These are natural diamonds, not lab grown. I checked around and it’s $150 to get an appraisal so that I can have a certificate of authenticity when I sell it. It’s not worth it to me to spend $150 for this. I know it is real as it’s been tested 3 times without issues. The largest diamond has an inclusion. It can be seen under a jewelry magnifying glass if you want to. I tried to get a photograph, but that’s nearly impossible. The last jewelry store measured the diamond for me and told me that it was .73 of a carat. The smaller band has three diamonds and two white gold spaces in between.
