There is water damage to print on top left corner and rip in the middle. The outside wooden frame is in good condition, but the inside frame does have damage to it-please see photos for condition issues. Print measures 10 1/4" x 17", inside frame is 12 1/2" x 17 1/2", and the outside frame measures 15 1/2" x 20 1/2". The overall thickness is about 1 1/4" thick.
