The needle arm looks to have some damage, see photos. If you wind the crank arm in one direction it has resistance and in the other direction it free spins. It does have all its gears and things underneath it. I don't see any cracks to the base. The base is 11 inches by 8.75 inches. This one is for repair. Enjoy!
