Description: Thank You for your interest! This is for a Antique 1917 London Oxford University Old & New Testaments Holy Bible. This was my Grandmother's given to her from her parents in 1917. It is in very poor condition from age and being read a lot. It is 107 years old. My Mom cherished this being her Mother's and had this stored away. It measures approximately 6 3/4" by 4 3/4". It has a paper front and back cover and I am sure it had another cover over it because it looks like it did from the binding. It has 1,062 pages including a few pages of maps. There is a section of this that is not attached to the binder and you can see in picture 13. Some pages are still attached to the binder and others are barely attached to the binder. The pages have changed color from age, and I do not see any page torn or ripped. There are some that have been folded over though. There are some pages that you can see in the pictures that have stains on them and that is because my Grandmother pressed some roses and 4 leave clovers among the pages. They have been in there a long time and I took them out. They do not come with this. I do not see any writing or pencil ink marks on the pages. Only writing is on the front page from my Great Grandparents to my Grandmother. It has been passed down to me and I do not have any kids or family left to leave this to.
