Description: An Antique No. 5 Underwood Typewriter. Serial Number is 1,529,124 which places the date at 1922. 84 Characters. All levers and wheels appear to function. The carriage draw strap is broken so when we tested the keys, we had to manually move the carriage. There are two sticky keys - the 7 and the d. In addition to a new draw strap, it will also need a new ribbon. Could probably use a good cleaning. Shows light oxidation as would be expected for it's age. Overall, it looks to be in pretty good condition for it's age. Overall measurements approx. 15 1/2" long x 12" w x 9" h. Please see all pictures.
