Description: Antique American Wringer RELIEF 22 Metal Clothes Hand Crank ~ Prim Decor Nice!!. Marked "NO RELIEF 22" on tension bar, and "RELIEF" on clothes guide. This wringer measures nearly 10 inches tall and is 30 inches wide including the handle. This piece is fairly clean, with the exception of a few cobwebs. Looks great and functions as it should. The handle turns as it should but it should be oiled if you intend to use. Both rollers are covered with tiny cracks, with a few soiled spots and flat spots, but still rolls easily against one another. Both clamps have original seats intact and functions as they should, as do both spring tension nuts. Again, i would recommend a good cleaning and oiling of all nuts and bolts. Original wooden crank knob in good condition. Super clean and ready to hang in any antique laundry room, she shed, patio or porch. This early twentieth century metal wringer will add to any collection of primitive country decor!
