Description: Antique Aqua / Purple Atlas Mason's 1853 Half Gallon Canning Jar B6838 Approx. 9" tall. The glass has turned a light purple / aqua color due to the manganese in the glass. Pre 1920. Nice air bubbles in the glass. There are some tiny nicks along the inside of the mouth. No cracks. This is a great display piece.
