Description: Here we are offering this antique two part dividing screen measuring 32" tall and 30" wide when folded out. The frame is made of oak with carved decorations and oil on canvas still life floral paintings of flowers that are somewhat impressionistic. I believe this is a transitional piece dating to around 1900 or a bit earlier given the late Victorian elements. There are a few light scuffs to the paintings but no tears or anything serious. I'm not sure if this was intended as a fire screen or meant to block a door or hallway but it has a great small size that serves as a super decorative item. Please view the photos and email if you have any questions.
