Description: This is a charming instrument and very playable. I am not sure about the mechanics of the left hand (chords/accompaniment), but the right's seem very good. The action seems to be like a harmonica, drawing the squeezebox in and out produces different pitches. The bellows, the most important part perhaps, seem to be in great shape. The metal hardware that holds the wooden sections together is good, but probably needs to be tweaked (bent) a bit to increase tension where needed. No idea who the manufacturer was or when it was produced. I would guess sold in the 1930s by someone like Sears, but that's just a hunch. Buy it now and serenade your true love over plates of spaghetti! Please don't ask me to ship to Canada, although Toronto-Niagara area welcome to pick it up here in Buffalo. Likewise WNYers.
