This piece has both earmarks of a first remarque impression: a sketch of a house in lower margin, and a pencil signature. Antique gilt frame and original glass with characteristic waves and bubbles. Frame is about 12 3/4"Hx 15 3/4 "L x 1/2"D. Etching about 5"H x 8"L. Overall antique condition is very good. No damage to etching or paper. Frame has expected wear.
