Description: Antique George III Mahogany Tea Caddy with Walnut Interior Measures 8 1/2 x 5 x 5 inches The Walnut panels on the inside are all replaced The brass handle on top is original, the escutcheon is missing and replaced with an inlay.The base all around must have been nailed back into place a long time ago as there are nail marks all around. Lock is original but does not come with a key The hinges are replacements but are still very old There have been a number of small veneer replacements Some damage in spot as you can see in the pictures, but still a great old box Please see my other boxes!
