Description: Antique German Ceramic Pewter Lithophane Stein HP Man Horse Trumpet 10 1/8" Here is a very attractive antique German lithophane stein with pewter lid. It measures about 10 1/8" tall. It is in excellent condition overall with no chips or cracks. There is a minor stress line visible on underside of lid where handle meets lid. Stein is beautifully decorated with a scene of cavalier with trumpet, horse, etc. It appears to be hand-painted. Lithophane features a family scene. There is some etching to pewter lid. There is some surface wear to the reddish trim. Looks great overall. A really fine stein. Please see photos.
