This piece is unsigned but it comes from a matching set that is marked with an incised H & CO. The marking appears to be circa 1853-1865. I am selling some matching pieces in separate listings. This small soup or sauce tureen is monogramed with the letter F. It DOES NOT include a spoon. There is a small crack looking knick on one of the handles but i think it is a manufacturer imperfection. There is a small chip on the interior rim of the lid by the spoon opening but it is hardly noticeable, it is not noticeable when lid is on. There is gilt wear/loss as well as some paint wear. There are additional imperfections; including, surface scratches, as well as signs of age and use. It needs some light cleaning. There will be some marks here and there. The color may vary from photos due to lighting. It has peachy pink bands. It is SOLD AS IS. Buyer should expect the possibility of more wear than what is visible or mentioned.
