Description: Antique Heinrich Handwerck & Simon & Halbig Doll 21 in. Made In Germany #109-11. Lovely dolly face 109 Heinrich doll. Doll is in wonderful condition for her age over 100 years old. Manufactured around 1900. Doll composition body has the original finish. The body does have some aging and crazing chips torso and joints. Left foot has chipping big toe and right thumb looks to have a brake repair. She is tightly strung and can hold a pose. Bisque head in good condition but has some wig glue pulls top and there is a small white chip near bottom right eye (hardly noticeable) and rubs white marks near top right ear. Beautiful dolly face Heinrich doll has lovely brown glass sleep eyes that work well, open mouth with four teeth, nice rosy complexion and pierced ears. She is wearing a human hair wig (not original) and pate looks newer (sealed on tight) so did not take pictures inside head. She is dressed as found in a nice shear cream color dress with blue trim, matching slip and button up once, socks and shoes (clothes have some little hole on slip and need cleaning TLC). She is wearing blue drop down earrings in her pierced ears. Doll is articulated jointed at the wrists, elbows, shoulders, knees, hips and turning head. Incise back of head (109 11 - H 2 1/2).
