Description: Antique Improved Handy Asbestos Shingle Cutter Model L-L Original Solid Tool. This is a good quality old tool that use by a former old-time roofing company. It is really rusty and has some marks and scratches. It would clean up well as the metal quality is good. The handle was apparently broken at one time, but it has been welded together. This really isn't an issue as the weld is good and the handle is very strong. It also has some stray writing on the back for identification purposes by the former roofing company.
