Description: Gorgeous, antique Warwick vase measuring Approx. 10.25 tall x Approx. 5.50 inches wide (vase tapers in width at the top). This is a very heavy, solid piece. There is gold trim at the top and lovely swirled twig handles. The portrait is just lovely. There is a tiny white flea bite on the handle (see photo) and a few scratches in the paint indicative of age.. (see photo). There is also some light crazing which I can see in the photos but not when I look at the vase. It is marked with the Warwick logo and A27. ca. early 1900's. Warwick Vases were made in Wheeling West Virginia from 1887-1951. Warwick China was noted for the IOGA line (produced between 1893 and 1911) Please look closely at pictures.
