Description: Description For sale is an antique Japanese wood 15 digit Soroban abacus. It's a beautiful and very decorative abacus from the early 1900s. It has a lot of Japanese markings on the base which I've shown in the photos. Very collectable piece and it looks amazing on display! The abacus measures 33.5cm long, 11cm wide by 3cm thick. It's in very good antique condition with a general used patina. It has some small bits of very old tape on the sides but I've left it all alone to keep the patina. Great piece to add to your Japanese collection, or a unique decorator item for your home decor! About Me I am downsizing after 30+ years of collecting and have a large variety of different items to sell. I'm also selling a lot of items from my grandparents and other family that need to find a new home. There will be some really interesting listings to come, and I try to be very fair on the prices.
