Description: Just in as found condition that I have held onto too long. This is just the siren part, spins freely, but not much noise so I don't consider it to work. It makes a slight noise when you spin it by hand, it hasn't been tampered with, so I just don't understand. There is no hardware with this to mount this what you see is what you get. There is a dent on the top and a small one by the shaft, doesn't effect the spinning, (see photo). Will need a good cleaning. About 3" in diameter by 6" long including the shaft.
