Description: An antique Capodimonte porcelain vase mounted as a lamp. The porcelain is very finely painted all the way around with mythological scenes depicting Apollo playing Marsyas and more. The porcelain is either Italian or German - Germany made some fine Capodimonte style pieces in the late 19th century. The lamp is just over 22 inches tall with the porcelain part being approximately 9 inches tall. The porcelain is in excellent condition with just a pinpoint flea bite to a bottom corner of the base (the tip of the pen is pointing to it), and there is some paint wear to the metal lamp fixtures.
