Description: We are offering an antique pewter sauce/ladle spoon marked on the back, “Crown Cutlery Co. Germany.” It also has a curious mark stamped next to it that depicts a bird's head in a circle with the word "Libertas." This is obviously a very old 19th c. spoon that has some staining here and there, but no bends or dings. The end of the spoon has the fiddle back shape and it will display well. Please refer to the photos for the best look. It measures 7 ½” end to end and the bowl is slightly more than 2” in diameter. Be sure to view all the photos.
