Description: This is a beautiful antique lamp with red satin glass shade, metal base and glass beads hanging from shade rim. It is from my late parents' collection and has been boxed and in storage since 1980. It is in excellent original condition with no damage, except that a very few of the beads are missing from the shade rim. The base has been rewired and it works perfectly. The underside of the base is marked, "1253"". The knob on the light is marked, "ABC". The base could use some light cleaning and there is a slight dent in the rim that holds the beads and shade but does not affect the lamp in any way and is not visible when the shade is in place.. It stands 19.5 inches tall and the shade measures 11 inches across at the widest. The circle that holds the beads can be removed from the base rim so that the lamp could be used without the beads. This is an absolutely stunning piece that will be a treasure in any room. I am not an expert on antique lamps so please ask any questions. Additional photos provided on request.
