Description: Up for auction is a gorgeous T & V Limoges Hand Painted large dresser box or perhaps a jewelry box. It has gorgeous pink roses and lavish gold scrolls. There are some nicks to the gold which show in the photos. The T & V company was started by Gustave Vogt and Emilien de Tressamannes in 1882 when they were running a decorating firm founded in 1850 by John Vogt. They produced high quality products to export to America. They were located in Limoges France. I don't know exactly what year this box was made, but it is definitely antique. It is quite nice and would make a lovely gift or perhaps just to add to your collection. I can mail your item via Priority Mail or USPS Ground Advantage.
