Vintage, nearly a century old book in overall very good condition. Exterior shows some minor toning to the spine face and a small scuff to the lower margin of the front cover. Gold gilded design on front cover remains well intact. Upper and lower ends of the spine show only minimal rubs. Upper page fore edges are gold gilded and outer side page fore edges show a small amount of foxing. Interior of the book is for the most part clean with former owner's book plate on front endpaper, along with notations and toning towards the front endpapers' gutter and also to the back endpapers gutters. Title page has some irregular waviness at its outer margin. Book is otherwise very clean and the folding map is well intact. Book's binding is tight and the book is complete with all pages present and none coming loose, detached or missing. Book has no odors. Book totals 278 pages, measures approximately 6 7/8 x 4 1/2 x 7/8 inches and weighs about 3/4 of a pound.
