Yes it is missing 2 horns a straight tall center one & one small brass or cast iron holder for the center tall horn & then one smaller curved horn. This is as found. No chips no cracks. Ruffles or crimped. Still a thing of beauty. 12 & 1/2" tall as is. Unfortunately, because of a few bad apples, I no longer accept returns or give refunds.
