The padlock and some chain links has some wearing down around the edges. May need a light cleaning/detailing in between the links. Does NOT have a key however is large enough to slip over a small, maybe medium, size ladies hand. Length seems to be about 7.5 inches. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Jewelry sold AS-IS.
