It only makes sense to refund the $10 and let them keep the item rather than paying return shipping.. I'm over the scams and everything will be by the book no if ands or buts about it. Also people buy multiple items get combo shipping discount then say they didn't receive one item and get a refund on the entire order and keep the items they said didn't show up..
